Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (UNA) : A group of prominent Indian startup founders has committed ₹100 crore in a strategic funding initiative to benefit the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. The collective pledge comes from leaders behind well‑known firms in technology and mobility, reflecting growing support for research and higher education from the entrepreneurial community. The funds are earmarked to bolster innovation, facilitate advanced research projects and enhance learning infrastructure at IIT Kanpur.
