Mahindra XUV 7XO Launched in India, Promises More Tech and Comfort for SUV Buyers

New Delhi India (UNA) :

Mahindra & Mahindra has officially introduced the XUV 7XO in India, taking forward the legacy of the popular XUV700 with a stronger focus on modern design, technology and everyday comfort. The new SUV is positioned for buyers looking for a premium, feature-packed vehicle for family and long-distance use.

On the outside, the XUV 7XO gets sharper LED headlamps, a redesigned grille and updated bumpers that give it a more confident road presence. Inside, the biggest change is a triple-screen dashboard, offering digital displays for driving information, entertainment and controls. Features like dual-tone interiors, improved seat materials and a panoramic sunroof aim to make daily drives and highway journeys more enjoyable.

For common buyers, safety and convenience are key highlights. The SUV comes with Level 2 ADAS, a 540-degree camera for easier parking, dual-zone climate control, ventilated front seats and wireless phone charging. These features are designed to reduce driving stress, especially in city traffic and crowded parking spaces.

Mahindra is expected to continue with familiar petrol and diesel engine options, giving buyers flexibility based on usage and fuel preference. Both manual and automatic gearbox options will be available.

While prices will be announced soon, estimates suggest a ₹20–₹30 lakh range, placing it firmly in the premium SUV segment. Pre-bookings have already started, showing strong early interest.

Mahindra says the XUV 7XO reflects changing customer expectations, focusing on comfort, safety and technology. For Indian families upgrading from older SUVs or sedans, this launch adds a strong new option in the competitive premium SUV market.
