Chandauli Anugrah Ashram Lights the Path of Education for Rural Children

Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh (UNA) :

In a region where access to quality education remains a challenge, Chandauli Anugrah Ashram has emerged as a strong pillar of support for children and youth in rural Uttar Pradesh. For several years, the ashram has been working consistently to promote education, skills, and self-reliance among economically weaker sections.

The ashram runs free coaching classes for school-going children and offers skill development courses for young men and women. These include computer literacy, tailoring, embroidery, weaving, and basic electrical training. Many trainees have gone on to earn a livelihood, helping them lead independent and dignified lives.

On Saturday, the ashram distributed sweaters, caps, notebooks, and school bags to nearly 250–300 children at its coaching centre in Jalalpur village. Students from four nearby villages regularly attend classes at the centre, where education is provided from Class 1 to Class 8.

Young teachers including Brajesh Kumar, Santosh Kumar Prajapati, and Vivek Kumar are actively involved in teaching and mentoring the children. Beyond academics, they focus on building confidence and discipline among students.

For the local community, this initiative represents hope for a better future. The ashram’s efforts reflect the belief that education empowers generations. Officials associated with the ashram said they remain committed to expanding support so more children can access learning and build a stronger, self-reliant society.
