Hollywood star Paul Rudd and comedian Conan O’Brien amused fans again this year with their long‑running joke involving the cult film Mac and Me. On a recent episode of O’Brien’s podcast, Rudd teased that he had a clip to share, only to play the well-known scene from the 1988 movie a prank they’ve been performing for more than two decades.
The gag originally began in 2004 when Rudd appeared on Late Night with Conan O’Brien and pretended to show a clip from another show but surprised everyone with Mac and Me instead.
